A Marrakech Trellis Stenciled Wine Nook
Wall Stencils Are An Easy DIY Solution For Decorating A Small Space
Good morning, my stenciling friends! Today
Cutting Edge Stencils wants you to lift your glass and say cheers to
stencils. Wondering what has us in such a jubilant mood? Come check out our latest stenciled inspiration...

We'd like you to meet Justine, the designer and stylist behind the blog
Justine Celina. We first stumbled upon Justine's creativity on her Instagram account,
JustineCelina. She posts pictures of delectable beverages including bubble tea, green smoothies, and coffee drinks. Now you might be thinking it was her eclectic mix of cocktails that got our taste buds savoring but it was that shimmering metallic
wall stencil.

After spotting our
Marrakech Trellis Allover Stencil pattern, it was lust at first sight. Needless to say, we've been following Justine ever since and we were super excited when she shared her wine nook.

We will give you a minute to pick your jaw up off the ground and then chat more about this space. Justine mentioned that her living room was a long rectangle shape and that there was always an open space near the patio door. She wanted to add some style to it so she carefully curated each piece for the unique space. Justine calls her style a "mixture of contemporary and natural with a bit of glam thrown into the mix -- I like to combine different elements in unexpected ways." Justine had a couple of goals in mind when she started this project. The first was to make the most of the space by adding extra seating for entertaining. Second, she also knew she wanted to use wallpaper or a wall stencil to add visual interest.

After researching wallpaper, Justine experienced some price sticker shock. She realized wallpaper was too pricey for this project. Lucky for her, a friend recommended using a wall stencil to achieve the same gorgeous look of wallpaper. She selected the
Marrakech Trellis Allover Stencil, a popular Moroccan pattern. The wall was already painted using
Benjamin Moore's gallery buff CSP-225. She used blue painters tape to adhere the stencil to the wall. Then she stenciled the pretty pattern in
Rustoleum Metallic Accents Champagne using a dense foam roller.

Once the stencil was complete, Justine completed the space with carefully selected accessories. She had this to say about her wine nook, "I'm so happy with the results. The stencil was really easy to use." We love that the metallic paint gives the tone on tone stencil a touch of glam.

We say "CHEERS!" to a beautifully stenciled space.
