Seen & Stenciled on Apartment Therapy
Sizzling Stencil Designs Spotted on Apartment Therapy!!!
How is all my DIY stencil fans doing today? I have to say here at Cutting Edge Stencils, we are doing mighty fine today! Actually, we're pretty much jumping up and down with joy! Why you might ask? Because we love when our stencils are seen spotted among the pages of magazines like Better Homes & Garden's: Do It Yourself (see yesterday's blog post) and on impressive DIY websites like Apartment Therapy! Can we get a “BOOYAH!?” We're just feelin' the love this week and we think it's awesome to see how real people use our stencils to make their space even better! After all our stencil patterns are an easy way to spruce up your home decor.
We're going to go on a little Seen & Stenciled road tour today. So hop on in because I'm going to show you the featured stencil ideas and how they can help turn your decorating dreams into reality! The first stop in our home tour, Alexis and Josh's house where they were featured on Apartment Therapy: Make Room for 3. Alexis' favorite room in their home is their bedroom. She loves the brightness of the white walls, which is similar to Benjamin Moore's simply white 2143-70. Her bedroom also contains her most proud DIY moment because that's where she stenciled our Cats, Cats, and More Cats Stencil. She loves the playfulness of the house cats on their wall! While the black and the white bedroom decor are very sophisticated, the allover Cat Stencil adds a whimsical touch! We love the look, don't you? Then we're going to visit, Liz and Joe's coach house where they were featured on Apartment Therapy: Cute & Crafty Coach House. Liz and Joe love to cook and spend a lot time in their kitchen, so they wanted to make it one of the coziest and happiest spaces in their home. They selected a bright yellow, like Benjamin Moore's sunny afternoon 356. This cheery yellow hue can keep the spirits high even on the cloudiest of days. Liz admits that initially she loved the idea of using wallpaper but was not fond of the expensive cost. After she put on her DIY thinking cap, she found that stenciling was a great way to achieve the same wallpaper look but for a fraction of the cost. Liz proudly states that her finest DIY moment was when she stenciled her yellow kitchen using our Casablanca Stencil. And we can see why because it's absolutely gaw-geous! We love its cheery stenciled disposition! Which one of these would you be most likely to put in your home? Leave us your thoughts in the comments below! Haven't had enough? Thanks for reading and happy stenciling! Michelle and the Cutting Edge Stencils Crew
