Frequently Asked Questions
- Our stencils are made to order and so require handling time of 2-3 business days.
- All orders are processed the following business day. We are not open on weekends, so any orders placed after 11:59 PM EST Thursday will be processed on Monday.
- FedEx 2Day and Overnight shipping options are processed and shipped the following business day. All other orders require a processing time of up to 3 days.Please note that FedEx does not deliver 2Day and Overnight shipments on Saturdays.
- Please consider shipping times to be an estimate as Holidays and unforeseen delays can affect the delivery date. Cutting Edge Stencils can not guarantee third party shipping times and is not responsible for any shipping delays.
- Orders over $300 require signature confirmation. Please contact us if you would like your order to have signature confirmation added at no extra cost.
- If a package is returned due to being unclaimed/refused or because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.
- All Canadian packages are shipped with FedEx International Ground. Due to FedEx's international shipping requirements, your shipment will require signature confirmation.
- We cover all tariffs and taxes your package may be subject to, to ensure a quicker delivery time.
- Please note that our shippers are a third party service and certain delays may take place that are out of our control.
- Shipment times can be subject to change due to holidays and weather. Please understand that these delays are out of our control. If you have any questions about a shipment that is currently in transit, please contact the carrier directly.

- We offer worldwide shipping with APC logistics.
- All international orders are subject to Duties, taxes, and miscellaneous fees. By placing your order, you understand and acknowledge that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are out of our control.
- If your package is returned to us for any reason, you may still be subject to duties, taxes, etc., which will be deducted, from your refund. The initial shipping fee is also not refunded.

You can pay with a PayPal, but please make sure that you have the correct shipping address registered with your PayPal account. Once an order enters our system we will not be able to make any changes.
A this time we are not offering pick ups on items. We do apologize.
We will resize any of our current designs, but please keep in mind that we do have size limitations. We do not create fully custom designs. Please email us with you custom size inquiry at customerservice@cuttingedgestencils.com
