Cutting Edge Stencils shares a DIY stenciled bedroom using the Beads Allover pattern. http://www.cuttingedgestencils.com/products/beads-wall-stencil-pattern We'd like you to meet, Pamela, the creative DIYer behind the blog My Decor Education. Pamela has been in her current apartment for a few years and while she has spent time decorating the rest of her space, she neglected her bedroom. It was filled with a plain bed frame, mismatched bedside tables, and two lamps. To say that it completely lacks character and comfort may be a bit of an understatement. Pamela decided it was time for a bedroom makeover so she put together a mood board. This is a look I've been wanting to try out for ages and my bedroom is the perfect place for it." Then she planned to add a stenciled feature wall to create texture and dimension in the space. The first thing Pamela did was paint her room a color similar to Benjamin Moore's mystic beige, a creamy, warm off-white hue. Then she created a DIY upholstered headboard and DIY curtains. She purchased our Beads Allover Stencil, one of our new geometric designs. Pamela painted the pretty pattern in a color similar to Benjamin Moore white opulence. She used painters tape to hold the stencil in place and a dense foam roller to paint the pattern. Here she is painting through the stenciling process.
