Cutting Edge Stencils friends. Our week kicked off with a bang with Paint-A-Pillow being included on the This Old House Top 100 List and it keeps getting better! Our stencils have been spotted in two home publications
, This Old House and
Southern Home. That's right, these two trendy wall patterns,
Tribal Arrows Allover Stencil and the
Heritage Grill Stencil, are making headlines. Let's talk about the details of these recent stencil sightings.
A Tribal Arrows Stenciled Bathroom
In the section titled, Idea House 2015: Cottage at Cloudland Station, the publication introduces a small house that boasts big style.
This Old House shares its first built-from-the-ground-up Idea House. They put a fresh spin on a classic American style home by combining historical architectural details with modern decor. They built this Idea House at Cloudland Station, a
Southern Living Inspired Community in Chickamauga, Georgia
So exactly how does a small house have big style? Well they add a wall stencil, of course! To add to the uniqueness of the home, the publication stenciled the hall bathroom using the
Tribal Arrows Allover Stencil. They note, "A stenciled design of turquoise arrows above the wainscot of black penny-round tile is a practical alternative to wallpaper in the upstairs hall bath."
A Heritage Grill Stenciled Living Room
But wait, our magazine news doesn't end there. We want to congratulate one of our favorite design bloggers Cheryl from
Dwell by Cheryl on her big accomplishment. Cheryl and her gorgeous stenciled living room were featured in the most recent issue of
Southern Home Magazine in an article titled, Opulence Within Reach.
The publication writes"From the furniture to the accessories, this cozy yet glamorous sitting room is the perfect example of how vintage pieces can create a completely custom look." Cheryl stenciled our
Heritage Grill Stencil on an accent wall in her living room to create that glamorous, custom look.
