We think this magazine has super creative furniture ideas. It was furniture makeover number 84 that caught our heart. Guess what this entryway organizer started as? A bookcase! This amazing makeshift mudroom fits in even the smallest of entryway spaces and provides phenomenal storage. We also adore the graphic punch on the back of the mudroom organizer. Yup that's our Moroc-n-Roll Allover Stencil pattern painted on the back. The bookcase was stained and the pretty pattern was painted using white acrylic craft paint. We're in awe of this DIY furniture transformation, aren't you? Can you say impressive? The creative living magazine did a special feature on Furniture Transformations. Well lo and behold, our bone inlay inspired pattern was spotted on page 127. The magazine featured Ashley, from Domestic Imperfection, and read, "Stencils are a great and inexpensive way to add interest to furniture. Inlay furniture costs thousands of dollars; however, this table and chairs cost less than $100! To create your own, purchase old furniture from garage sales or secondhand stores. You can purchase Indian inlay stencils at cuttingedgestencils.com, they have round and square shapes. Buy any color paint, specifically a color that will stand out on the furniture. " How awesome is that? This Indian Inlay stenciled kitchen table was featured in Somerset Home Magazine. http://www.cuttingedgestencils.com/ Which one of these stenciled furniture makeover projects do you like the most?
