Cutting Edge Stencils Takes A Spa Getaway On Houzz
Stenciled Bathroom Ideas Shared On Houzz
Good morning, my design loving friends. Winter has been rough and the folks here at Cutting Edge Stencils are in desperate need of a spa day. Do you know where we go when we just want to get away from it all? Houzz. We love to escape in the endless vault of home decor eye-candy. Come take a mini spa escape through some of our favorites...The first picture in our Houzz feed is this stunning oasis of a bathroom. We'll give you just a minute to pick your jaw up off the ground. The luxe yet comfortable bathroom is located in Beverly, Massachusetts and was designed by Megan Meyers Interiors. The proud owners of this luxurious bath wanted to wallpaper the walls. Megan insisted it was not a practical idea in a room that has a steam shower (the paper starts to peel off from the seams when exposed to too much steam). So she reached out to a local fine artist, Kasia Mirowska of Miro Art and Design, to paint the Anna Damask wall stencil using a metallic background, glazing and a final coat of varnish. This allows the owners to just wipe condensation right off the beautifully stenciled walls.
Sometimes all you need is a splash of yellow and a pretty pattern to start your day off right! Visbeen Architects designed this little ray of sunshine using our Trellis Allover Stencil. Sometimes a little bit of stenciling can go a long way in a small space. Taylor Design Studio painted the Beads Allover Stencil in a modern farmhouse bathroom. The geometric pattern gives this neutral colored space a contemporary look. We were in love when we spotted this navy blue and white zippy patterned bathroom on Houzz! Kelly Brown Interiors painted our Ikat Zig Zag Allover pattern in a client's powder room and we think she did a fantastic job. We'd love to escape to this bathroom on a daily basis! Cory Connor Designs painted this subtle yet breathtaking geometric design in white and gray using our Fuji Allover Stencil in a client's bedroom. And that about wraps things up. We hope you enjoyed our mini spa escape featuring some of our favorite stenciled bathrooms on Houzz. Join us on Houzz to see more stenciled room inspiration. Which one of these Houzz stenciled spaces is your favorite? Leave us your thoughts in the comments below! Haven't had enough stencil fun? Thanks for reading and happy stenciling!
