See How To Flip A House Using Stencils
Good morning, my
Cutting Edge Stencils friends. There's nothing we love more than clicking through beautifully designed spaces. So when one of our creative fans sent us a room image featuring our lovely
wall patterns painted across the home, we were in total awe. As it turns out this decor eye-candy was part of a house flip. Yup, our trendy
stencil designs were used to transform a dud of a home into a decor stud. Let's take a closer look at this stenciled house flip.
We'd like to introduce Charlotte W., a creative and DIY savvy stencil fan. Charlotte has been working her DIY charm on a small home in Pukekohe East, New Zealand. When she first laid her hands on this run down house it was listed as the ideal property for a renovator or DIYer. The listing stated, "This much loved home of yesteryear needs some TLC. Are you a DIYer, this home could be for you. There is lots you could do to add value. Beresford Street is a very sought after location being close to schools, shops, sports grounds and more. Don't miss this opportunity to have a home of your own." Here are a couple of snapshots of what it looked when it was purchased.

Charlotte jumped at the opportunity to breathe new life into this dated space. Let's take a walk through the NEW
Beresford Street home.

The new property is listed as, "Presentation is everything! Picture Perfect with all the charm of a character home without the hassle of an old house there is absolutely nothing to do but move in and enjoy the life." We can totally see why as we approach the new open veranda.

We spy our
Nagoya Allover Stencil painted along the cement veranda floor. The old cement porch was painted white and then the geometric pattern was painted in an inviting gray hue.

We love the welcoming feel of the new entryway.

Moving on, we're going to bypass the kitchen and the living room. Although they received modern new looks, we are more interested in the three bedrooms. Charlotte painted this bedroom a creamy hue and then stenciled the
Lily Scroll Allover Stencil in a metallic silver. The delicate pattern adds interest and character to the bedroom.

In the second bedroom, guests will drift peacefully to sleep. For this bedroom, Charlotte painted the walls in a creamy shade of beige. Then she stenciled the eye-catching
Flock of Cranes Stencil in a shimmery metallic gold.

The master bedroom is such a lovely space now. Charlotte kept the neutral painted walls light and bright. She added depth to the space by painting an accent wall behind the bed using the
Parisian Flower Allover Stencil.

This newly painted bathroom provides a breath of fresh air. Charlotte painted our
Lily Scroll Allover Stencil in metallic gold. This pretty scroll pattern and fresh paint colors bring this bathroom together.

We'd like to say job well done Charlotte! We are truly impressed with your stenciled house flip. You can find the listing for this New Zealand home
