Showcase Your Stenciled Space on Instagram
Stenciled Room Ideas from Instagram
Good morning, my DIY friends. Cutting Edge Stencils has been scrolling through one of our favorite social media sites, Instagram. We love seeing all of our fans' creative stencil projects. In fact, we were super excited to see a recent Instagram challenge, called #ShowcaseYourSpace that incorporated wall stencils. Come take a look... What is #ShowcaseYourSpace? Each Wednesday four home decor bloggers, @stylehouseinteriors, @erin_sunnysideup @elpetersondesign @eyeforpretty, challenge the Instagram world to share a certain type of decor theme using the hashtag #ShowcaseYourSpace. It's a fun and inspirational way to see a lot of home decor eye candy. Not too long ago, they posted a theme that certainly caught our eyes, wall treatments! They asked participants to post room shots using their favorite wall treatments like unique molding, wallpaper, stencils, or brick. Basically anything that would add some interest to a wall. Let's take a look at some of our favorite shared spaces...We are going to start off this scroll through our Instagram feed with a stunning bathroom. This space features soothing gray and white Nadya Damask stenciled walls that mimic the look of wallpaper. Courtney T. (@tenpennyouse) commented, "I love this stencil."
Does a dramatic Moroccan stenciled accent wall and over-sized wooden clock make your heart go pitter patter? Kari F. from @clockworkdesign painted our Marrakech Trellis Allover pattern in a deep navy blue and then completed the look with her custom made reclaimed wood clock. We're pretty sure that this stenciled accent wall will be the hot topic amongst dinner guests. Lindsey W. from @ppc_ninja painted the Harlequin Trellis Allover stencil in a rich navy blue. This bold trellis pattern certainly makes a statement on this stairwell accent wall. Heather (@heather_v_k) painted our Tea House Trellis Allover Stencil and we think she did a fantastic job. Dark and dreamy is exactly how we would describe this stenciled bedroom! @crysadamez painted a subtle Trellis Allover Stencil that glistens in the light. She used Glidden's Deep Onyx in Flat for the base and Semi Gloss for the stencil to achieve this luxurious look. Great guests with a stenciled entry wall. Julianne (@jaechavis) painted our Rabat Allover Stencil in a neutral gray and white for a clean and fresh look.
