A Leopard Skin Stenciled Accent Wall In A Master Bedroom Makeover

Good morning, my sleeping beauties! It's Friday so Cutting Edge Stencils can totally understand if you don't feel like getting out of bed this morning. Fortunately, this blog post can be read from the comforts of your snugly bed but be warned, what we're about to share might jump start your desire for a bedroom makeover. Today we’re taking a walk on the wild side with a master bedroom transformation that will have you 'preying' for your own bedroom makeover! When Linda and her husband moved into their home, they purchased a matchy-matchy bedroom set and plunked it down in the master bedroom. The space had been given a fresh coat of paint, but it lacked style and most importantly, her personality. Here is a picture of the space before the stylish makeover: A before shot of master bedroom makeover using the Leopard Allover Stencil. http://www.cuttingedgestencils.com/products/leopard-pattern-animal-skin-stencil The first thing Linda did was repaint the space using Dutch Boys' Big Sky Blue Paint, a soothing shade of blue. The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling so she painted the ceiling this gorgeous hue and then carried it down along the walls. The new hue dramatically changed the look of the space. Once the space was painted, she was ready to create her feature wall behind the bed. Linda selected our Leopard Skin Allover Stencil, one of trendy new geometric patterns. She used painters tape to keep her stencil in position and our clip-on stencil level to ensure her stencil was placed evenly on the wall. She painted the spotty pattern on the wall using a dense foam roller. Be sure to check out her blog for the step by step process.
