Power Broker Episode I

The show was all about newlyweds Marc and Rosalia Torney who have been trying to buy their first house, but they can't find anything they like and can afford in Oakland, California. Power realtor Mike Aubrey comes to the rescue. His mission is to find them a fixer upper and then broker an amazing deal. It's a dramatic, head-to-head battle over the negotiating table. If Mike can save enough money on the house, contractor Juan Barbieri will be able to rebuild it to give the couple the home of their dreams, one that will be worth way more than what they paid for it. Can this all-American couple achieve the all-American dream? Watch the clip to be WOW'd!
