Are You In Love with the Indian Inlay Stencil?
Cutting Edge Stencils Shares Inspirational Ideas Using the Indian Inlay Stencil
Happy Hump Day, my
stencil enthusiasts! While Wednesday's can typically be a bit of a bore, I have some exotic interior decoration that's not only going to perk up your day but will appeal to your worldly home design taste. Well
Cutting Edge Stencils can offer you just the fix you need! You see a while back, we teamed up with Kim Myles to create the
Indian Inlay Stencil kit, and we’ve received so much love from our fans about this particular stencil! Today's Stencil Stories is going to take you on a exotic tour featuring three inspirational ideas using beloved stencil.
Red Painted Outdoor Rug
First up is Rebecca from the blog
You’re Talking Too Much. She’s the crafty gal behind this gorgeous red
Indian Inlay stenciled outdoor Oriental rug. It's stunning, don't you agree? Rebecca wanted to spruce up her outdoor seating area. The area is situated between her diy work station and her pool so she wanted it to be guest friendly. Rebecca was also pretty familiar with how to stencil since she had previously created this gorgeous
blue stenciled rug. So when she put her thinking cap on she knew exactly how she was going to spruce up that area. She decided to stencil her own outdoor rug to complement her sitting area. Following the simple stencil steps on the back of the package, she painted a gorgeous stenciled outdoor rug. The color of her rug really POPs against the black chairs and navy throw pillows. SO vibrantly eye-catching!! Makes it’s kind of hard to stop staring at it, right?
DIY Indian Inlay Stenciled Table
Next up is Melissa, the crafty gal and the Etsy shop owner behind
Aldana Decorative Art. Now Melissa was inspired by the Bone and Mother of Pearl Indian Inlay table that costs thousands of dollars. Don't let that price scare you! Because I told you that Melissa was a crafty gal and rather than pay thousands of dollars for the table she took matters into her own hands and created this one using our
Indian Inlay Stencil kit. Gorgeous, huh? If you're not up for stenciling, feel free to snag this exact table at Melissa's
Etsy shop!
DIY Inlay Stenciled Foot Stool
Finally we have Camille, the crafty DIYer and blogger responsible for
The Vintique Object. Camille, was a first time stenciler and wanted to take a crack at a small stencil project. With that in mind, she decided to make over this old step stool. Using graphite and cream colored paint, Camille stenciled the legs and base of the stool. Then she covered the top in a burlap material because of its durability. She had this to say about the Indian Inlay Stencil, "Fun, and kind of addictive. " This step stool is an adorable additional to her living space! Can't wait to see what she dreams up next, can you?
