Victoria Scroll Stenciled Planters
We'd like you to welcome back Kandice, the furniture makeover maven and DIYer from
Just The Woods. Kandice and her family love to use their back patio for entertaining and family dinners. They have a beautiful stone patio that almost reaches the fence. There is a smally grassy patch on the side that Kandice felt was wasted. Kandice put her DIY hat on and decided to makeover the space with raised garden beds and painted terra cotta pots. She enlisted the help of her kids for painting the pots while her husband built the raised garden beds. Kandice painted the beds in a neutral gray. To give them a little extra sparkle she chose to stencil the
Victoria Scroll Allover which she had used for a previous furniture project. Kandice used painter's tape to hold the stencil in place and painted the pattern in black using a stencil brush. Here are the stenciled garden beds!
Stephanie's Lace Stenciled Bookcase
We'd like you to welcome back Anam, the creative DIY blogger behind
Delicious and DIY. She had this small bookcase that held her paints and craft supplies. It was a practical eye-sore. Anam knew the only way she would ever get her bookcase organized was if she painted it. She started the project by painting it Poetic Blue from Pure & Original. Then Aman chose to give it a little flair using a stencil. She browsed our online stencil collection and fell in love with the
Stephanie's Lace Allover Stencil. She used painter's tape to hold the stencil in place and painted the lace pattern in Atria using a stencil brush. And that was it! All it took was a little paint and a pretty stencil pattern to give the old bookcase a fresh new look.
