Good morning, my stenciling friends! Today Cutting Edge Stencils is going to shine our stencil spotlight on an interior design company, Pear Design Studio. They have designed oh-so-many fabulous spaces using our stencils to add the ultimate WOW factor. So let's take a look at what makes Pear Design Studio super duper special!

Who is the designer behind Pear Design Studio?

Her name is Laura Murphy and she's a busy mama of three boys, as well as a decor enthusiast with a passion for creating stunning spaces that incorporate gorgeous patterns and bold color combinations. In our eyes, she's a stencil goddess! Laura's primary goal is to make beautiful designs that are also affordable. Now let's look at some of her jaw-dropping gorgeous stenciled spaces!

First up is this eye-catching teen bedroom. Its brightly painted blue hue, wavy wall pattern, and pink decor accessories would make any teen girl swoon over its style. The vibrant turquoise wall is painted in Behr's Gem Turquoise and stenciled using our Hourglass Allover pattern in Behr's Aqua Spray. Does a pink polka dot pattern make your heart go pitter patter? Than your heart is going to skip a beat for this next project. To create this adorable space, Pear Design Studio used our Polka Dot Allover Stencil. We mentioned that Laura loves to create stylish spaces that are also affordable. One of her Clients fell in love with Tori Spelling's high end nursery design, which has been valued at over $18,000. That's not an affordable budget for most moms-to-be, so Laura put her creative thinking cap on and came up with a plan. She painted our Casablanca Allover Stencil pattern in gold over a teal colored wall. Laura was able to mimic the pricey high end nursery for a fraction of the cost. Now we don't want to pigeon hole Pear Design Studio as just a kids room designer. Here is a cozy family room with a trendy color combination and fun wall pattern. The accent wall was painted in white and then stenciled using our Rabat Allover in a neutral gray. This room is ready for entertaining! Pear Design Studio can not only create stylish spaces but can also make trendy pieces of wall art.
